The Bill (Reg.№3666) envisages the determining of the order of the preparation, organization and implementation of the land auctions aiming at the sell of the land areas of the state or public property of non-agricultural use or the right for the lease.
During the discussion a number of motions were expressed to the Bill.
It was stressed that the amendments to the Land Code contradict with the Law "On Legal regime of Property in Armed Forces of Ukraine".
It was stressed that the Bill does not provide complex approach to the regulation of the issue of land auctions holding.
